Kevin Ball

Kevin "Kev" Ball is Veronica's husband. He is separated from his first wife who left him. Kev is the owner of the Alibi Room and is the Gallaghers' neighbor and friend. Though frequently exasperated by Frank's lifestyle, he gives Frank drinks on credit at his bar and cashes his disability checks for him.
