Philip Dean Torrens is an English actor. He is known for his role as Tommy Lascelles in the Netflix drama The Crown. His film appearances include The Danish Girl, The Iron Lady, War Horse and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. In 2017, he joined the main cast of AMC's Preacher, portraying antagonist Herr Starr.
