The parish overseen by Reverend Philip Lambe is located in a wealthy suburb. He has few issues to deal with, so his job is quite easy. However, he thinks he should be doing more, so he asks for a transfer to a more difficult assignment, though his poor wife Emma thinks he's gone off his rocker.
