A gang of skaters operates in Moscow, fighting for justice with bizarre methods. The helmeted criminals attack bribe-takers and brand them with the word "karma." A young, fresh graduate of the police academy, Alexey Yudin, is tasked with infiltrating the gang disguised as a skateboarder. Accompanied by his new friend, Max, he masters the board and becomes part of the skater community. But the further the mission progresses, the more difficult it becomes for Alexey to maintain impartiality. Yudin himself seems to be imbued with the noble gangsters' ideals and increasingly uncertain whose side he's on.
