That's My Mama takes place in Washington D.C. and centers around Clifton Curtis, Mama's son and young barber, he inherits the family barbershop from his late father, Oscar Curtis. Mama wants the best for her son and that means a woman in his life, so she often tries finding him a mate even though he enjoys bachelor life.
